The TESELA brand in itself is our most important asset: a symbol of our know-how and the work carried out for more than 25 years by Professor Eduardo M. Sebastián Pardo, professor of the Department. Mineralogy and Petrology of the University of Granada, which through its research group “Monuments”, laid the foundations for effective research to carry out previous studies on works of Architectural Heritage.
As a result of the condensation of this scientific and professional experience with the knowledge on hydraulic binders and material formulations, the TESELA suitability for use certification was born in 2019, being the first quality seal for materials for use in heritage intervention, which is also one of the company’s most important assets.
