HERIT4AGES Project General Assembly in Bologna

The General Assembly of the European HERIT4AGES project will be held on 28 and 29 April 2026 at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna (Italy), bringing together all the consortium partners for a key meeting to advance the project.
At TESELA, we are actively involved as members of the HERIT4AGES project consortium. Our involvement reinforces our commitment to developing innovative solutions for the conservation, restoration and management of cultural heritage. Over the course of two working days, researchers, academic institutions and representatives from the industrial sector will come together to:
- To review the progress of the HERIT4AGES project.
- To share technical and scientific knowledge.
- Strengthen international cooperation between European partners.
- Outline the next steps in the project’s implementation.
The main focus of the sessions will be on analysing the progress of the various work packages dealing with user-centred, data-driven retrofitting solutions, aimed at promoting a cultural heritage that is more resilient, energy-efficient, low-emission and inclusive.
HERIT4AGES: European innovation for sustainable heritage
The HERIT4AGES project, funded by the Horizon Europe programme (Grant Agreement No. 101123175), promotes international cooperation and innovation at the intersection of cultural heritage, sustainability, energy efficiency and digitalisation. Its aim is to develop advanced methodologies and tools to improve the conservation, restoration and adaptation of built heritage in the face of the challenges posed by climate change and the energy transition.
Commitment to innovation and sustainability in heritage
Our participation in this General Assembly presents a fresh opportunity to strengthen collaboration between the various European partners and to move towards a shared vision of a more sustainable, digital and innovative cultural heritage. In doing so, we reaffirm our commitment to applied research and the development of technological solutions tailored to the cultural heritage sector.
