About ZERO-LOSS
The ZERO-LOSS project aims to improve the packaging process for dry mortars manufactured by FARECOR Morteros, S.L., by reducing product wastage and optimising the use of resources.
FARECOR has been selected as a beneficiary of the European MANUFACTergy FACTORY CHECK-IN call for proposals, with TESELA acting as a specialist solution provider.
The role of TESELA
TESELA will analyse the current process, examine possible alternatives and draw up a roadmap to guide the future implementation of improvements.
The project will help to:
- To reduce product wastage and the generation of waste.
- To improve the efficiency of the packaging process.
- Optimise costs and the use of raw materials.
- To strengthen FARECOR’s sustainability and competitiveness.
