ANALYSIS OF THE BIO-DETERIORATION OF TWO CORBELS FROM A ROOF OF THE COURTYARD OF THE LIONS OF THE ALHAMBRA

In this project, a series of wood samples from a roof of the Patio de los Leones of the Alhambra were analysed. A biological analysis was carried out consisting of:

1. Isolation, cultivation and phenotypic identification of micro-organisms: bacteria and fungi.

2. Detection and identification of xylophagous insects.
