This site, of great historical and scenic value, is part of the protected cultural heritage, having been declared an Asset of Cultural Interest (BIC) in 1985. Intervention in this type of heritage asset always involves a significant technical commitment and responsibility, aimed at guaranteeing its conservation and enhancement through solutions that respect its historical identity. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The project has begun with a kickoff meeting attended by all stakeholders: the drafting team, representatives from the Almer\u00eda City Council, the Coastal Authority, the construction company, and TESELA.
