TESELA implements an Equality Plan to promote fairness and diversity in the work environment
At Tesela, we are convinced that the path to purpose, social responsibility and Sustainability Based on Collective Impact (SBIC) is neither negotiable nor debatable. That is why we are building it with all the care and detail it deserves; without haste, but also without pause.
Today, we are pleased to take a further step in this direction by joining the Diversity Charter, an initiative promoted by the European Commission. Our adherence to this charter is a testament to our organisation’s commitment to diversity and inclusion in the workplace, with the aim of fostering inclusive work environments. We continue to make progress in our commitment!
The Diversity Charter is an initiative that seeks to promote the values of equality, diversity and inclusion in organisations. By joining this initiative, we commit to respect and value diversity in all its forms, including gender diversity, cultural diversity, generational diversity and any other manifestation of diversity present in our organisation.
