OUR VISION
In the current state of construction, new challenges are posed when developing more sustainable and efficient cities. They are intended to mitigate some of the negative effects that the construction industry has had on the environment in the last century. To this end, a series of plans have been drawn up in which a more specialised knowledge of the areas concerned (e. g. building industry) is required. With regard to the field of restoration, building and/or refurbishment of buildings, it is becoming increasingly necessary to know which construction materials are more sustainable and efficient, both with the environment and once put into place.
It is evident that future constructions and/or rehabilitations will need to comply with new quality plans, so we think that soon any building and/or rehabilitation project will need technical advice on the use of some materials or others.

From our experience and through our business activity we want to satisfy several of the needs that construction professionals are beginning to have:
- Establishing the best or worst synchrony of behaviour between new and old materials.
- Advising on the quality, efficiency and advantages of raw materials and materials traditionally used in our popular architecture.
- Being aware of the advantages and drawbacks of the different materials currently on the market.
- Testing the new materials that are emerging from the different materials companies to evaluate their quality and effectiveness.
- Assessing the most suitable performances of the new materials to be used.
- Carrying out specific training courses adressed to people related to construction, explaining the qualities and certifications that building materials must meet and encouraging the production and use of sustainable materials.
