Analysis of the biodegradation of two corbels on a roof of the Court of the Lions in the Alhambra

In this project, a series of wood samples from a roof of the Court of the Lions in the Alhambra were analyzed. A biological analysis was carried out consisting of:
1. Isolation, cultivation and phenotypic identification of microorganisms: bacteria and fungi.
2. Detection and identification of xylophagous insects.
