Mineralogical and petrographic study of samples from the Torre de la Justicia, in the Alhambra

In this project, a series of rammed earth, mortar and wall paintings samples from the Torre de la Justicia in the Alhambra were analyzed. The analysis techniques used were loupe-videomicroscopy, X-ray diffraction, cement staining, scanning electron microscopy with X-ray microanalysis, Raman spectroscopy and optical microscopy.
